WLA GrokBot is a private automation tool operated by Woodline Acres, LLC for internal business use. This Privacy Policy explains how WLA GrokBot accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data.

Google User Data We Access

WLA GrokBot may access Google Drive and Google Docs data that the authorized Google account permits it to access. This may include file names, folder information, document contents, file metadata, and permissions necessary to create, read, edit, organize, share, or delete files as directed by authorized users.

How We Use Google User Data

Google user data is used only to perform authorized business workflows, including:

  • Creating and editing Google Docs and other Drive files

  • Sharing files when specifically requested

  • Performing automated research, document-management, and administrative tasks

Google user data is not sold and is not used for advertising.

Storage and Security

OAuth credentials used to access Google services are stored on secured systems controlled by Woodline Acres, LLC and are protected using restricted file permissions and access controls.

Google user data may be processed temporarily by the automation infrastructure necessary to perform requested tasks. Access is limited to authorized systems and users.

Sharing of Google User Data

Google user data may be processed by service providers that operate the automation, hosting, or artificial-intelligence tools used by Woodline Acres, LLC when necessary to perform authorized workflows.

Woodline Acres, LLC does not sell Google user data or provide it to third parties for advertising purposes.

Data Retention

Google Drive and Google Docs files remain in the authorized Google account until they are modified or deleted by an authorized user or workflow.

Temporary data created during automated processing is retained only as reasonably necessary to perform the requested workflow or maintain the associated business records.

Revoking Access

Access to Google user data can be revoked at any time through the authorized Google Account's security and third-party access settings.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if WLA GrokBot's functionality or data-handling practices change. The current version will remain available on this page.
