How we handle the information you share with us through this website.
Effective date
This policy is effective as of the date the new Woodline Acres website goes live at woodlineacres.com.
Information you give us
When you use the contact form on this site, you can share:
- Your name and phone number
- Your email address (optional) and preferred way to be contacted
- The property's address or county, and whether it is in Texas
- Your connection to the property, what's going on with it, and any message you write
You may also call, text, or email us directly, in which case we receive whatever you choose to share. We use this information to respond to you and to understand your property situation.
How the contact form works
Form submissions are processed by Cloudflare (which hosts this website) and delivered to us by email using Resend, an email delivery service. We do not store form submissions in a website database.
Spam protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated spam. Turnstile may process information about your browser and device to do this.
Scheduling
If you book a call, you do so on Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Information you enter there is handled under Calendly's own privacy policy.
Analytics
This site may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use it — for example, which pages are viewed and what kind of device is used. These tools may set cookies. You can limit them with your browser's privacy settings or ad-blocking tools.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, evaluate or handle a property matter, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with applicable law. We may retain certain information when required or permitted by law.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the website or communicate with you, and with professionals involved in a property matter when reasonably necessary, such as attorneys, title companies, notaries, or similar service providers. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Deletion
To request deletion of contact-form information Woodline Acres controls, email martin@woodlineacres.com. We may retain information where reasonably necessary for legal, recordkeeping, dispute, fraud-prevention, or other permitted purposes.
